Get your bicycle professionally looked after. We provide safety checks and full services, which include a pick up from your home (or preferred location), your own drop-off at our workshop and return once the work is completed.
If you are enrolled into one of our workshops or classes, we can also return the bike ready for you to use during the workshop.
Safety Checks
Essential bicycle safety checks are recommended half a year after bicycle purchase or the last bicycle service.
The safety check includes:
helmet, breaks, gears, and tyre pressure and if condition of bicycle allows, adjustment of breaks and gears.
If a bike is not in safe riding condition, a ‘red flag’ will be issued and advice provided of further checks, service and/or repairs required.
If needed, we will provide a quote prior to any further repairs to be completed.
Bicycle service
Bicycle services are recommended a year after the bicycle purchase and annually thereafter.
We aim to bring all bikes up to a safe riding condition and if required, replace shift/brake cable and brake pads, reflectors, bells, handle grips and complete other small repairs.
The bicycle service Includes:
– comprehensive safety check
– break and gear adjustments
– tyre pressure check
– wheel truing
– shift/brake cable and brake pad replacements (if needed)
– drivetrain lube service
– shocks service completed as individually quoted
– electrical connections and battery capacity tested (e.g. e-bike)
– consumables and replacement of typical wear and tear items
Also included is a detailed service checklist. In case of significant repairs required, a quote will be provided with further repair advice and replacement parts required prior to proceeding.
Make a booking
To make a booking for a safety check or service, select either a concierge pick-up (Tuesday or Wednesday afternoon) or your own drop-off, then choose your type of booking (safety check or service), then your preferred time and date.
